Today may we do an exercise to deepen our gratitude?

1.💕.Let us share our gratitude for something that easily lifts our heart and

2.😌 Meditate with smile on  something that is difficult. When your heart lifts in gratitude for the difficulty. please share.
 In this way the gratitude   medicine becomes more powerful, and our expression begins  to inspire others.🙏
