Breathe in ~ Pause ~ Breathe Out

Breathe in for a count of 4.
Pause for a count of 8 to allow the breathe to permeate your body
Breathe out for a count of 4.
This is a gentle form of Nadi Shodhana Pranayama [Yogic Breathing to purify the nervous system]

– Feel the Divine Energy flowing into you with each breath in
– Feel the Divine Energy in every particle of your being as the breath is absorbed in your body
– Radiate the Divine Energy from within your deepest self, to bless everyone and everything in this world.
