A sore throat sings out

If you have a physical ailment, and to keep your immunity up, you can use a physical remedy and infuse it with Higher Vibrational ingredients.

A recipe to increase your immunity, soothe a sore throat or cough.

In short, you can drink or gargle with a glass of warm water with a teaspoon each of turmeric powder and salt.

To increase the vibration, do this after your five gratitude thoughts in the morning. Thoughts of love and gratitude will infuse the water crystals and help them to enter your body, interacting with the M- particles or particles of smile within the cells.
Raise the vibration even further with an intention:

As I heal my body may the effect radiate outward to all who are open to healing their body.

Raise the vibration even further:

May the healing power of this water extend to all the waters of the planet Earth and its inhabitants.

As we know, water makes up 75% or more of the physical earth, and also our physical bodies. Metaphysically, it is associated with emotion, and Prof. Emoto’s work on water crystals showed us how our emotions affect the water near us.

So, the ingredients for this high vibration remedy are:

Now drink or gargle with this water with presence.  And so it is.
Then gurgle with joy! Sing out a mantra. Smile…..

Turmeric salt water from the web

The physical body can take time to repair itself. The brain needs to be re-trained to focus on the body’s healing. Therefore, repeat this every day until you feel better.

  1. I wish I had read this last week when I had the most terrible sore throat 🙂 I did warm salt water gargles but they would have meant so much more if I had done the rest of the work as well. I love your strategies and your site! So inspiring. I’ll never look at healing the same way again.

  2. Meenakshi, thank you for taking the time to share this beautiful message. I love the images! Some food for thought: I am wondering why the disclaimer – perhaps one is sufficient in the about section…

  3. I do love turneric but I’m wondering if I could handle drinking this mixture! I’m not a fan of hot water either. I do make ginger tea and I’ve added apple cider vinegar, turmeric, cayenne and honey to it. I will consider doing this if the need arises. Always love reading your posts that blend mind, body and spirit together!

    • Thanks Julieanne, for considering this! There are so many natural remedies available, that your own body will tell you what is right for you, so if hot water is not your thing, maybe it’s not right for you. I do have to add though, that the thought of drinking turmeric in water was daunting when my ayurvedic dietician first recommended it to me, but it is actually quite drinkable. I’m not saying – tasty, but it does satisfy the need for something hot in the morning.
