Art is a beautiful expression of human emotions.
If emotions get overwhelming, splash them into canvas, let them dance out through your feet, arms, legs, body movements, doodle something interesting, sing out a song, write a poem.
If you have learned Samwondong, or Smile Taiji, you can use the Hetero and Neutro movements when you’re feeling low; and the Homo and Neutro movements when you’re feeling agitated. This too is art through your body.
Emotions and motions [movement] both come from the Latin root ’emovere’. They move you. Take charge of your emotions and move them.
Don’t just express your feelings, express the art that is flowing through your feelings and emotions. Then your emotions, from blowing or disappearing as puffs of smoke will inspire hearts into eternity.
