On the 31st of December 2012, start with gratitude for the gift of this year. Not for what was ‘good’ but also for what we felt was ‘bad’. Don’t judge 2012, just give it gratitude and let it go.
Breathe in light and breathe out all that you are leaving behind this year.
Throughout the day, keep letting go of anxieties, worries, toxins with every breath.
Feel compassion , forgiveness and un-hooking, all the thoughts, feelings, qualities, relationships that no longer serve the highest good of all concerned.
Breathe in light, breathe out all that does not serve you until you feel you are breathing only light.
Be empty, and ready to receive the gift of 2013.
