Learn to vent

It is healthy to vent, to let-off steam rather than let it boil inside. It is wise to learn ways to vent in such a way that you don’t scald people around you and get injured from them.

Have you learned how to express your emotions in a healthy manner?
Here’s a prescription:
Wake up in the morning with gratitude
Go through the day balancing ebbs and flows
Go to sleep by reviewing your day and being grateful for everything that happened

Let go of everything that no longer serves you, breathing it out and allowing healing light into you.

When we learn to vent healthily, even the times we let off steam can be events of beauty and wonder.
